For self-managed associations

Your governing documents shouldn't live in a filing cabinet.

A professional community website — announcements, a searchable document library, and board contact — built for you in a week. Nothing for a volunteer to maintain, patch, or get hacked.

The daily grind

Half of small associations have no website — or worse, a dead one.

Meanwhile, state transparency rules increasingly expect governing documents to be posted and accessible to owners.

01

Documents nobody can find

CC&Rs living in a shared drive, an old email, or a binder in someone's garage.

02

A site last updated in 2019

A stale website signals a board that isn't paying attention.

03

Volunteers can't maintain WordPress

Plugins, updates, and security are not a volunteer's job — and neglected ones get exploited.

04

Buyers and owners ask

Resale packages and prospective buyers expect documents to be available.

What it does

Built for you. Then it just runs.

Static by design — no database to breach, no plugins to update, nothing to break.

1 week

We build it from your documents

Send your CC&Rs, bylaws, budget, and a few announcements. We build the site, you review it, and it goes live — typically inside a week.

Document library

Everything owners need, organized and downloadable.

🔒

Nothing to hack

Static pages. No login, no database, no plugin exploits.

Board contact

Routed to your board email, spam-filtered.

Grows with your tools

Add the FrontDeskAI resident bot, publish CommunityPost newsletters straight to the site, or link your DuesChaser payment instructions.

Looks like a real community

Not a template with a stock photo of a house. Your community's name, colors, and documents — presented like an organization that has its act together.

How it works

Four steps, mostly on our side.

STEP 01

Send us your documents

CC&Rs, bylaws, budget, board contact — whatever you have.

STEP 02

We build the site

Usually within a few days of receiving everything.

STEP 03

You review it

Change anything before it goes live.

STEP 04

It runs

We host it. You email us when something needs updating.

Pricing

One setup fee, then hosting.

No hourly web-designer bills, no annual redesign, no volunteer maintaining a CMS.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do we need our own domain?

It helps, and we'll walk you through registering one (usually about $15/year). If you already have a domain, we'll point it at the new site.

Who updates it after launch?

We do — email us the change. That's the point: no volunteer has to learn a CMS or keep plugins patched.

Does this satisfy our state's transparency requirements?

It makes your documents publicly available, which is usually the substance of the requirement — but rules vary by state and we're not your attorney. Confirm the specifics with counsel.

What if we want to move it later?

It's your content and your domain. We'll hand over the files; there's no lock-in.
